New Nokia Windows Phone the Lumia 719 Passes Bluetooth SIG

We already have a rumored Windows Phone the LG Miracle coming soon and now there is another device the Nokia Lumia 719 that looks to be on the way. The new Lumia phone just passed the Bluetooth SIG which is a certification program for technologies that use Bluetooth. The specs on the Lumia 719 look to be identical to the Nokia Lumia 710 so we are wondering why the increase in code name to 719.

Verizon and Sprint have made it clear their lack of interest in Windows Phone however there is a strong chance that this may be a Verizon Windows Phone.
