The rumor mill is churning on various blogs that HTC will be introducing a new Windows Phone 7 device and adding to the AT&T arsenal sometime in early 2012. The biggest excitement in the rumor is the possibility that this device will have 4G LTE capabilities. Will this new phone supplant the already popular HTC Titan 4G (HSPA+)?

Full specifications have not been published however; there is talk that the new phone will have the Titan’s massive 4.7-inch screen dimensions. With the two phones, introduced so close together (in contract renewal/rebate terms) we would like to know how many people will take the rebate ‘hit’ and pay full price to have a slice of full 4G bandwidth  I for one will seriously consider switching to the new hardware if the rumors turn out to be true. If this new HTC Windows Phone 7 device is similar to the Titan, hopefully it will not have the same video recording issue.
