The Surface RT Tablet arrived at my house today and instead of taking the day off and playing with it I decided to post some unboxing photos for our readers. The one thing that I can not picture for you is the smell of new that the Surface has and not just new toy but new hotness. By now you have seen many people say that the build quality is fantastic and it just cannot be stated any clearer. Of course we will do a fuller review later but for now we will try to share the excitement with you.
Of course the FedEx guy had no idea he was about to be attacked by a big monster waiting for his new toy.
It was awesome to hear that he had a bunch of them to deliver today.
I was caught off guard at the rectangular shape of the box, however the Surface RT Tablet was definitely in there.
The TouchPad keyboard was sitting on top and was the first to come out of the box.

After taking out the keyboard their I saw the prettiest piece of tech on the planet right now.
Under the Surface RT was the instruction Manual
Here is the awesome magnetic charger which is no bigger than a phone charger and yes it clicks into place like the keyboard.

The magnetic connector on the Surface is recessed to create a snug feel for the charger.
Finally the USB port
The Surface RT just looks smells and feels nice and is sitting here charging and waiting for me to fire it up for the fist time. I am headed down to the Microsoft Store to get my wife’s surface RT too.
